Does Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths provide an emergency call out service?

    • Yes, Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths are committed to the community and will provide an emergency call out facility to the customer.
    • However charges may vary dependent on time of day.

 

When called out do you charge a ‘call-out charge’?

    • No, we work on a system of minimum labour charge (MLC). If we are called out and have to let someone in we will charge our MLC.
    • This is a one-off charge.
    • Whether we carry out 30mins work or 2hrs work you will only be charged our (MLC).

 

Can you cut keys for different types of locks on site?

    • We can cut keys for the locks that we supply and fit on site.
    • We don't carry every type of key for every type of lock.

 

What type of payment do you prefer to accept?

    • Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths can accept all types of payment including plastic as we are equipped with the latest chip and pin technology.

 

What credit facilities do you offer?

    • We do not offer credit facilities unless the customer has an agreed account. If there is no agreed account Keyhole Surgery Locksmiths accepts payment upon completion of work.
